Due to the expense of running the studio equipment, sessions must be paid for in advance.
All sales are FINAL on art items in our gallery. However, if an item arrives damaged, we offer a 30-day exchange with a receipt or proof of payment.
No return or exchanges on custom commissioned art glass.
If your product arrives damaged claims MUST be made within 30 days of delivery. No exchanges will be made after this date.
